The Waukesha County circuit court judge is the conservative candidate for the state’s highest court. The election is Tuesday, April 1.

He reports income of at least $1,000 in the last calendar year from investments in Nexpoint Advisors, a Kansas City-based alternative investment firm focusing on industries like real estate, corporate credit and retirement solutions, and in Versity Invest, a California-based real estate company focusing on student housing and multi-family properties.

The election for Wisconsin Supreme Court is Tuesday, April 1.
